Pre-fabricated theatre provides with tailor made accessories suit most applications. Fully integrated within the operating theatre structure, all units have a smooth finish, are free from cracks and crevices. The modular wall mounted units are available in different heights and widths of 450mm, 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm. Operating Theatre Control Panel

N ew technology means regular upgrades and changes. The Surgeon’s Control Panel shall be designed to cope with changing technology and equipment in operating environments. Control panel shall be use friendly and ease of operating and maintaining purpose. The Control panel shall be “Tiled Membrane” type, can be configured to incorporate all the services that Operation Theatre staff required. The fascia shall be made with superior quality UV resistance membrane with sterilisable feature. The membrane backing is made of 2.5mm thick aluminium that is rust resistance. The connection between the surgeon control panel and the distribution board should be by a multiplexed system, providing a PWM signal on a two-core cable. All controls and relays are located in a remote panel, that can be positioned up to 250Mtr, away, allowing upgrades and maintenance to be carried out with minimal disruption. The panel shall contain 6 services Tiles for a Time day clock b Time Elapsed Clock c Temperature/Humidity Indicator d General Lighting System e Medical Gas Alarm Panel f Hand Free set with memory card. In addition to the above we can add services like HEPA filter monitor, music control etc.

X-Ray Viewing Screen

M odern medical practices require the use of precision, controllable equipment. DOER provides a range of X-Ray viewing screens that comply with most international standards. X-Ray viewing screens are manufactured in accordance with electrical supply and services distribution, 2020 and 2021 – electrical safety codes for Low / High voltage systems, respectively. Incorporating high efficiency electronic ballast’s, the DOER range of X-ray viewing screens provide stepless, flicker free dimming, ranging from 100% - 10%. The compact steel housing finished RAL 9002, powder coated texture, is resistant to most chemicals and cleaning agents currently in use in modern hospitals. The screwless front panel is easily removable for ease of installation and maintenance. Independent of the type of installation, all models incorporate the same design configuration. Available in single, double, three, four and six plate models x-ray films are attached to the viewer fascia by our nylon button body fasteners, ensuring ease of access and necessary sterility.

Scrub Sink

Scrub sink is made to the highest hospital quality that complies to international standard. It is made of high grade stainless steel 304 with stain polish finish. All the HV electrical components are housed in a junction box and the fasica is 24 VAC operated and comply with LV requirement. The bowl is constructed in a way that will eliminate back splash of water and the drainage is carefully designed to avoid any overflow with its timeout control, scrub sink is able to provide the convenience to the user and also as a part of water saving concept. Scrub sink made with following features: Thermostatic mixing valve that controls the temperature of hot / cold water. Foot / knee panel using foot / knee operation. Bypass system during power failure or maintenance period.

Ceiling Suspension Systems (Anaesthesia)

Medical equipment and systems are becoming more and more complex. This is due in part to the increasing use of infusion therapy in all areas of surgery and intensive care. The anaesthesiologist and his staff are responsible for the well being of the patient during surgery. In contrast to the surgeon, the anaesthesiologist will rarely move his equipments. A docking system for infusion pumps, anaesthesia equipment and ventilators is highly recommended. Equipments and instruments, which are suspended from above, do not take up valuable floor space. Direct connections between devices and outlets practically eliminate the danger of tube and cable breakage. Cleaning personnel can clean floors better and more efficiently. Anaesthesiologists require an anaesthesia system that can be moved on a circular path around the upper part of the patient body.
